These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VelascoLeads services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

VelascoLeads provides lead follow-up and appointment-booking services for mortgage brokers and real estate agents. Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis.

2. Payment and Billing

• Services are billed monthly at the agreed rate ($297/month during pilot)
• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our website or contact forms, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from VelascoLeads. These messages may include appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and service notifications.

• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Ensure leads and prospects have consented to receive communications
• Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and TCPA
• Not use our services for spam, illegal activities, or unauthorized marketing

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by VelascoLeads remain our property. Clients retain ownership of their own lead data and customer information.

6. Limitation of Liability

VelascoLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding month of service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
